3. For telephone and absentee bids, valid credit card information is required at registration. This card will be automatically charged for any winning bids at the auction's conclusion. If the credit card transaction is declined, 1stbid reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings, including legal action, with all associated costs borne by the purchaser. By registering, whether in person or online, you agree to these terms.

5. All art items are consigned, and 1stbid provides information as received from consignors. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and inspections, either personally or through a representative. While 1stbid will assist in providing available information, we do not certify or guarantee the authenticity of any items. Buyers assume all risks related to authenticity and 1stbid is not responsible for any disputes or issues regarding authenticity after the auction concludes.

Shipping Terms

All items will be shipped within 7-14 business days of receiving payment. However, some items may be eligible for expedited shipping and may be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that the shipping timeframe may vary depending on the availability of the item(s) and the shipping destination.
