The Turkmen style “Aina gul" panel main border frames the dark blue field with a bicolumnar allover repeat of patterned squares, serrated stiff leaves and little animals. The squares can be considered as vases containing leafy branches. Or not. Wool foundation, medium weave. Nomadic piece.
