Antique Persian Afshar. A royal blue hexagonal sub-field plaquette show fragments of a popular Afshar pattern with straw-yellow stems, rust-red rosettes and ecru small, attached botehs; all stepped or zig zag edged, on a red and teal field with no motif outlines. The ecru strip styler main border shows squared rosettes and little pendant blossoms. Color banded selvages.
