Although in somewhat compromised condition, this charming NW Persian rustic scatter still displays significant artistic quality. The abrashed blue field show a broad hexagonal lattice enclosing stylised flowers. The red border features funky rosettes and armed separator bars, Could be from the Karaja/Karadagh area in Azerbaijan. Moderate weave on cotton.
