The brown-black deftly corroded field shows a segment of an allover pattern with fringed diamonds, serrated simple palmettes and pairs of short, oblique stems; all under a faceted ecru niche arch with a decorative zig-zag. Similar spandrels. Strip style ecru border of slanted leaves, paired at the sides and parallel at the ends. Medium weave, east Caucasian. Good condition.
