Is this a Kazak? Is it even Caucasian?  This definitely hard-to-place rustic  scatter shows a sandy-straw field  closely decorated with four squares linked by double hearts, and enclosing open diamonds. Growing out of the squares as flower and leaf elements.  Main dark red border with squares of four radiating fleurs de lys. Wool foundation, moderate weave. Good condition with crisp secondary tones. Mystery rug. Good
