This finely woven, perfectly executed interwar central Persian city scatter shows a Joshagan-derived field of florets arrayed in a diamond-tile design on a royal blue ground. Red matching corners and red medallion. Abrashed red main border of palmettes and q squared meander. Probably from Natanz, ascribed to the Dabir workshop. Jewel-tone palette. Good condition.
