This well woven, cotton foundation West Persian scatter features floating dark chocolate medallion with vigourous interior forked and spiral arabesques, small escutcheon pendant and tonally en suite corners with palmettes and stems, all on a sandy cream open ground. Sandy cream main border with stained glass polychrome pallmettes, slender leaf meander and secondary blossoms. dyes, handspun materials. Short-clipped pile and informal touches in an urban style. Good condition.
