Cream field supports a complex allover Herati pattern takeoff with palmettes, vinery sections and rosettes, with a slight, partial vertical opening. Navy strip style border of pointed cypress-tree palmettes as well as rosettes and regular palmettes. Leathery handle. well-woven. Good condition. A village carpet with urban pretensions, but still redolent of handicraft work.
