The jaunty, irregular oval navy medallion encloses a rose and yellow layered sub-medallion. Giant medium blue ragged palmette pendants. Light blue and rose corners. Rust red border with rosettes and slanted serrated leaves. One hole. Fair condition. Cotton foundation. Moderate/coarse weave.
