With significant end loss, this rustic NW Persian scatter is a close pendant to our 629, but with Caucasian-style green and red rosettes in place of the semi-realistic flowers filling in around the two green octogrammes and ivory hooked middle hooked hexagon. All natural dyes include the madder of the broad rust-red main border with branched leaves, rosettes and bud-on-stem arrays. Fair to fairly good condition. Cotton foundation.
