In an uncommon format, this small, square urban piece shows a rosette and leaf bedecked red field supporting a navy lozenge medallion with shape and content conforming ecru sub-medallion. Scalloped ecru corers. Navy border with rosettes, rounded meander and wavy half-cartouches. Medium-fine weave on cotton. As new condition. Northern Indian.
