This NW Caucasian, west Caspian scatter show four characteristic Lesghi stars in teal, cream, camel and red, om a red ground, with rosettes, quincunxes and other small geometric devices filing in. Wide straw border with a polychrome rendering of the “Crab” design. Boder change at one end not affecting general pattern. Needs a stretching. Medium weave, firm texture, good condition.
