A cenrtral “tree of life†ith progressively larger flowers, grows from a vase set on a shallow pointed base. The madder-rust spandrels enclose pinted straw sections and meet the field in lightly rough borders. The main navy border shows rosette and linked leaves. A first period scatter from the Mohtasham atelier. Fine weave, good condition, velvety surface. Cotton foundation.
