This NW Persian finely woven large city scatter features a deep red, niche-shaped directional field , with a miniature vase and larger palmette below, and vigourous branches, irises, palmettes and striped rosettes flowing up to the apex. Navy spandrels. Rose border with doubled, slanted barbed leaves creating a pseudo-meander. Navy rosette and lotus palmette inner minor in the Turkish Ghiordes style.
