Excellent example of Senneh, a historic city in western Persia (current Sanandaj), made at the end of the 19th century on colored silk wefts and warps (7 colors - haft rangh) and with the characteristic "boteh" motif with a solid field; The carpet is in perfect condition, with no restorations in the "Rapè" areas but without the small external borders. It has a knot of over 1 milion knots at square meter.
