Antique Persian Serapi. With exceptionally clear and clean colors, this village piece shows an abrashed light blue field supporting a madder red stepped and side-notched sub-field centred on an abrashed dark blue octofoil palmette medallion with a red ovoid focus. Bone corners. Strip style bone main border with rosettes and recurved leaves on simple rods.
