This Turkish-style c. 1900 urban silk prayer rug shows an abrashed rust semi-open field with free lateral columns and a vase with flowers suspended from the niche apex. Gold – tone floral spray strip-style border. Old gold spandrels. Fine weave. Somewhat muted palette. Good condition.
