Tabriz loves to employ layers and layers of the small – scale allover Herati design, and here it comes in lozenge and oblique panels in navy, buff and cream. The strip layout main border shows a Turkish Ghiordes-derived rosette and lotus palmette repeat on navy. Brisk, upright, short pile. Good condition with a slightly reduced palette.
