An attractive SE Persian tribal scatter, with a crisp ecru field displaying a three axis pattern of leaves, rosettes and buds. One can also consider the design as a six by three array of upright plants springing from tiny vases, The charcoal strip style border shows octagons alternating with octofoil cartouches. Made from right to left. Medium rustic weave. Good condition. One of the literally hundreds of Afshar designs.
