This modern flatwoven carpet in the slit technique with wool pattern wefts, shows a central concave/convex cartouche medallion enclosing a floral wreath and central bouquet. Red subfield with small crosses overall, and a pale blue field with acanthus volutes and corner slanted ovals. Narrow plain red outermost border. Modern, as new condition.
