The knob-topped navy niche field shows a repeating, close simple vase pattern. The borders are all stepped at the squared-off niche shoulders. Main ecru border of stars and bars. Reciprocal guard borders. Wool foundation with a medium tribal nomadic weave. Good condition. From the Afghan/Persian border area of Khorassan.
