Fine Antique Persian Gabbeh. The flaring, winged centre piece is pointed at the ends, and dynamically explodes on the abrashed, plain carrot field. The azure border presents plain diamond-lozenges in yellow, ecru, red and green. Zig zag triangle minors. A very powerful rug for either wall or floor.
