Ascribed to the famous “Hajji Jalili†workshop and definitely in its style, with an open salmon-rust sub-field supporting an ivory scalloped, four palmette pendant medallion. Ecru field with big sunflower-style rosettes. Coral-salmon strip-style border with fan and pinecone palmettes. “Bookcover†layout. Short, crisp, upright pile in a fine weave on cotton. Good condition. Right amount of colour mellowing.
