This semi-pictorial, niche-layout fine-weave urban scatter shows a giant vase with acanthus volute base set against a landscape of a blue, fish-filled pool, two herds of goats, two lateral flowering trees with perching birds, all under a pinched arch supported by diagonally fluted colonettes with half-vase bases. Cream field. Abrashed navy-slate spandrels and similar border with petal palmettes and forked leaves. Abrash is rare on Tehran rugs. Fine weave, upright and high quality pile. Some minor issues long top end. Otherwise good condition.
