An Impressionist-style Paris boulevard signed "P. Girard" lower right. Carriages and pedestrians move along wet cobblestones past lit storefronts and sidewalk cafés, with the Eiffel Tower rising through the mist.

Painted in warm amber, yellow and earth tones with thick impasto and palette-knife texture. Streetlights reflect on the wet pavement.

Artist: Signed "P. Girard" lower right
Medium: Oil on canvas
Note: Artist attribution and date have not been independently verified.
