Turkmen style carpet with eight columns of twenty quartered major Tekke-type guls and appropriate chemche minors, all on a dark red field. Elaborate border system centred on a red stripe with rayed Turkmen motives. Narrow elems (extra end panels) with fringed lozenges Medium weave on cotton foundation. . Additional full width pile “island" at each end.
