The round 32 point (!) , layered medallion, the ivory field and the navy corners all share the same small-scale Herati design. The cream small sub-medallion features a smaller Herati module. Boteh leaves, arabesque-defined turtles and indented cruciforms adorn the light blue main border.. Medium-plus weave. Cotton foundation. A densely patterned piece of both unusual size and unique design. No empty spaces here! Good condition.
