The rugs of this central Persian town, from the 1930’s onward; very fine to extremely fine. Generally in light colours on medallion designs. Best examples with silk accents. Scatters to large carpets, no runners or prayer rugs. Short, velvety pile, precise execution, cotton foundations. Expensive to very expensive.
