Madaki Theophilus is a Nigeria contemporary artists (b1987) He specializes in figurative paintings. Madaki is a graduate of art from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello university Zaria, Kaduna state Nigeria. His works are largely inspired by the dark skin shades of Africa natives. His beautiful and colourful figurative works highlights the beauty of black skin and also embellished with shade of flowers Which signify the growth and strength of black race. He describes his works as authentic and bold, He aims to engage his audience with the root and beauty of black people's culture. Madaki has participated in several Art exhibitions and Art competitions and had his first solo exhibition titled the Root in 2021. His works are on display in various galleries home and abroad, and also collected by collectors around the world.
