A modern west Anatolian urban carpet with an asymmetric random modernist pattern of flowers, ameboids, squiggles, scribbles and crosses and palmettes, on a rust field. Straw border of rosettes , with matching plain outermost band..Thick, heavy and coarse. The field is amusingly disordered, the border is a comfortable respite.
