The straw-sand cream field displays four large, rust quadrupeds with short, serrated horns, with smaller en suite animals, numerous birds, and spindly flowers, all across the central pole with intermittent vases. The pattern is not precisely balanced in this rustic rug and with elements turning up only on one side, the intrinsic informal charm is only enhanced. Narrow navy border with stencil flower heads and angular meander. Medium rustic weave. Cotton foundation. Good condition.
