Fine Antique Borchelou Kazak. The tripartite red-blue-red field is centered on a star-filled ecru rectangle, with hooked ecru diamonds above and below. The ecru hooked zig zag border rests upon hooked triangles in red, navy and medium blue. Straw inner border both surrounds and divides the field. Outer blue-ribbon border. A fine example of one of the most iconic of Kazak types.
