In a palette and pattern close to our 8145, but not offset and with a more salient green. Rarely are Farahan-Sarouks signed and/or dated, and this one gives us a basis for dating and attributing others. Navy strip-style main border with turtle palmettes reversed with smaller palmettes. An important and attractive carpet in a Persian market size. Well-woven, good condition. Cotton foundation.
