A “Five Year Plan†large scatter from Armenian weavers in the SW Caucasus. Red field with bold teal medallion with stepped and nested centerpiece and wide arrowhead finials. Hooked corner blue triangles, little animals and lesser geometric devices fill in. Main border of floating eight petal rosettes. All wool construction, moderate/coarse weave. Fair condition with issues of small holes and wear.
