The sand field generously presents eight aligned columns of navy and coral cartouches, against a small flower ground, within navy borders displaying cypress palmettes and rosettes within an arched and stepped reversing formal meander. Balanced in all directions. Short, velvety pile. Exceptional condition for the size and period. Clearly a special order. Fine and even weave.
