The influence of the Caucasus is evident in this Persian village small kellegi (long rug) with a near black field centred by a pole medallion of seven adjoint ecru lozenge with fur arrow central cruciforms. Ecr borer with faceted meander and small oval rosettes. Medium weave, cotton foundation. One end with striped finish. Good condition.
