Or possibly Kuba, but both east Caucasian, west Caspian prolific rug weaving areas. The dark blue field host a uniform allover pattern of badge-like “snowflakes†in tones of red, cream, green, blue and straw, in a random order. Green main strip style border with brackets and knots in the Kufesque style. Reversing, flip-flop carnation minor borders. Light general wear, but good condition. All wool construction with a moderate weave.
