Two palm trees grow up the sides of the red field and lavishly leaf out above the short red subfield densely covered by a squat flowering “tree of life†growing from a basal vase. Near black strip-style border of tilted “pomegranates†and upright petal palmettes. A very unusual solution to a large niche – inspiration concept. Antique but post “Hajji Jaliliâ€. Cotton foundation, well woven. Good condition.
