The tall, ogival light blue medallion shows a flame edge reminiscent of early Ottoman Oushak medallion carpets. It is set on a light teal green subfield and a sand field with inward-oriented palmettes around the periphery. Sandy-straw and light blue main border. Fine weave, short pile. Recent. As new condition. Reasonably mellow palette with no sharp blues or saturated reds.
