In the 17h century Ottoman style, with a deep red field displaying saz leaves exploding up toward the densely patterned teal spandrels. Royal blue rosette and sickle leaf border. Upper spandrels and lower corner sections are nearly conjoint. Very fine weave on silk foundation. As new condition. Not yet antique, but probably from the 1960’s or 70’s. NW Turkish, near Istanbul.
