Indo Heriz Area Rug. This is as much a tribute as a copy of those Heriz carpets popular around 1900 with a crisp red field carrying an navy octogramme medallion with four internal palmette pendants, and external navy ragged palmette pendants. Red quarter medallions in the ecru corners. Navy semi-strip style main border with reversing turtle palmettes.
