The plain rust border sets off five rust cartouches with curly fringe outlines and tall, skinny central plaquettes. Various blues are the salient secondary tones. Flower and “bug” devices between the cartouches. Or is it just a figure/ground switch? Either way, an attractive piece in a non-traditional direction. Moderate weave. Recent. As new condition.
