The warm madder red field of this Chahar Mahal region village rug shows a giant ecru flame-edged roundish medallion centred by a navy 16 point circular sub-medallion with eight palmette pendants. Dark blue vorners with split arabesques. In the general semi-geometric Heriz style. Border with in-pslmettes and flowering vases. Cotton foundation, medium rustic weave. Good condition.
