Barbed, tip-curled and oblique leaves are easily the most common of Mehriban field motives, but here they are joined by ragged palmettes and overflowing irises, accented in ecru, near black, pale blue, light green and straw, on the soft and warm madder red field. Navy black reversing turtle border. Slight end reduction. Medium coarse village weave. Good condition.
