A broad madder red strip-style border of multicolour rosettes and doubly bent leaves frames the rare dark blue field anchored by a dramatic rose octofoil with four radiating jagged leaves. Double polychrome palmette leaf pendants. Lateral en suite pendants also. Stiff, broken vinery with leaves, palmettes and flowers. Cotton foundation, medium-coarse weave. Good condition. Unusual and powerfully striking.
